Email Marketing

THE PROJECT:
Launch WEBTOON’s email marketing program for over 2M US subscribers to engage and retain new and existing users, increasing LTV.

ROLE:
Project Lead

  • Develop and execute a send strategy for successful IP warming, incrementally building up to total send volume and gaining trust of mailbox providers to achieve a high sender reputation.

  • Strategize customer journey design and implementation, from onboarding flows to win-back campaigns.

  • Promote a test-and-learn approach, using experimentation to optimize messaging, cadence, and creative.

  • Own and optimize email copy, creative, template design, and send strategy to reach KPIs.

  • Evaluate email performance and provide insights or recommendations for improvement.
