THE PROJECT:
Launch WEBTOON’s email marketing program for over 2M US subscribers to engage and retain new and existing users, increasing LTV.
ROLE:
Project Lead
Develop and execute a send strategy for successful IP warming, incrementally building up to total send volume and gaining trust of mailbox providers to achieve a high sender reputation.
Strategize customer journey design and implementation, from onboarding flows to win-back campaigns.
Promote a test-and-learn approach, using experimentation to optimize messaging, cadence, and creative.
Own and optimize email copy, creative, template design, and send strategy to reach KPIs.
Evaluate email performance and provide insights or recommendations for improvement.
