THE PROJECT:
Launch an integrated marketing campaign for the webcomic series Fantasy High, to drive readership and attract new audiences to WEBTOON, in partnership with Dropout.

ROLE:
Project Lead

  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution of a cross-channel campaign for Fantasy High, a partnership series with comedy platform Dropout, to drive readership, engagement, and user growth 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners - including Editorial, Operations, Growth Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Creative - to ensure the campaign is cohesive, timely, and audience-centric

  • Oversee campaign calendar, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless rollout

  • Oversee creative development of marketing assets, gather feedback from stakeholders, and secure approval

  • Manage partner communications to ensure alignment on campaign goals, activities, and expected outcomes

  • Serve as a connector between teams and Dimension 20 partners
